Specialists of PASSATSTAL, LLC have completed work on anticorrosive and abrasive protection of a high-performance tank of a pure mother cell located on the territory of the second mining department of Belaruskali, OJSC.
The name of the object: «2RU. Technological re-equipment of the desliming department, installation of a high-performance hydraulic separator».
In accordance with the design and estimate documentation, the necessary protection system was implemented.
Surface preparation included:
— surface cleaning with Sponge-Jet technology with low dust formation to the degree of Sa2.5 purification and with a roughness of 150-180 microns, Silver 16 Sponge Media was used as an abrasive material,
— dedusting,
— degreasing.
The application of anticorrosive and abrasive coating is carried out in the following sequence:
— priming the surface with Farbacoat Protect Prime material,
— application of the Farbacoat finish coating.
