At the end of January, specialists of PASSATSTAL, LLC paid working visits to enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Presentations of materials of the Farbacoat trademark were held in such companies as: JV LLC «INSTITUT GORNOY ELECTROTEXNIKI I AVTOMATIZATSII» Tashkent, JSC «Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine» (hereinafter JSC «AGMK») Almalyk.
Almalyk MMC, JSC is one of the largest industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan, whose production facilities are based on the reserves of a group of copper-molybdenum, lead-zinc and gold-silver deposits. The plant for the extraction and processing of ores of precious and non-ferrous metals is a complex industrial complex, including six mines, five processing complexes, three metallurgical plants and other construction and industrial enterprises.
As part of the working visit, PASSATSTAL specialists conducted a survey of defective sections of the anticorrosive protection of the inner surface of the flues at the copper processing plant of AGMK JSC, after which repairs were carried out on defective sections of the ACZ of the inner surface of the flues. Farbacoat Vinylester materials, laminating resin and multidirectional fiberglass were used for the ACP.
Such materials of the Farbacoat trademark as: Farbacoat Vinylester, Farbacoat Epoxy 20, Farbacoat Urethane 30, Farbacoat Protect aroused interest at the sulfuric acid workshop of the copper processing plant, at the zinc plant and at the copper processing plant of JSC «AGMK». Interest was also aroused by pipelines lined with Farbacoat Protect materials, services for protecting the inner surface of flotation machines, lining of hydrocyclone nozzles.
