During the stop repair on the 4th PU of Belaruskali, JSC specialists of PASSATSTAL, LLC performed a complex of anti-corrosion protection of bunkers.
The works were carried out in the following positions:
— 4PU. SOF. Drying-granulation department. Modernization of the hopper of the fluidized bed apparatus KS-SO pos. 760-1 (KS-1)
— 4PU. SOF. Drying-granulation department. Modernization of the hopper of the drying drum SB3.2-2.2 pos.761-7
— 4PU. SOF. Drum dryer compartment BN 3.2-22 NU05 pos.761-8
The hoppers are made of stainless steel and Sponge-Jet abrasive jet cleaning was used to prepare the inner surface. Silver 16 Sponge Media was used as an abrasive material. After reaching the required degree of roughness of 180-200 mm, dedusting and degreasing the surface, a primer Farbacoat Protect Prime with a thickness of one layer of 20 microns was applied.
For anticorrosive and abrasive-resistant protection, 4 layers of Farbacoat Protection with a total thickness of 3000 microns were applied.
